With over 30 years of experience in the restaurant and food industry, I am a co-owner of Nine’s, a premium restaurant concept in partnership with Robert Lewandowski (RL9), and a restaurant industry consultant at Third Bridge Group Limited, where I provide insights and advice on various topics related to the food and hospitality sector.
I have worked with multiple roles, markets, and brands, including Yum! Restaurants International,, developing a deep understanding of the industry dynamics, trends, and challenges.
I am also a member of the supervisory board at Dijo Holding, one of the largest European flat bread producers, and FR L’Osteria Holding SE, a leading European casual dining chain, where I support the strategic direction, growth, and performance of the businesses.

The GAIL’s story began in 2005, when the first bakery opened in Hampstead to make world-class artisan bread more widely available beyond London’s top restaurants. The founders’ aim was, and remains, to reinvent the way Londoners think about bread – fresh and handmade – and their neighbourhood bakery – local and beautiful.
